Parcel Shipping

Products shipped with our Standard Parcel Shipping typically take 2-4 days to arrive. If you need an item faster, you can select Next Day Air shipping for an additional fee.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, the couriers we use do not deliver to PO boxes in all locations. To ensure that you receive your shipment, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Can I ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Taylor is only able to ship internationally for established customers.

When will my order ship?

Unless the product you ordered is on backorder, stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Personalized branded items typically ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders typically ship in 10 business days. You can always view the status of your order in the Orders menu in your My Account area.

What if the product I ordered is on backorder?

If a product in your order is found to be on backorder after you’ve placed the order, a customer service representative will contact you to let you know. The representative will give you an estimate (if possible) on the length of the backorder, at which time you can decide whether to wait for the product or remove it from the order. If you choose to leave a backordered product on your order, you will not be charged for it until it ships.

What if the product I ordered has been discontinued?

If a product in your order is found to have been discontinued after you’ve placed the order, you will be notified by a customer service representative. If a replacement product is available, the representative will give you the option of ordering that product or canceling. If you would like to cancel your order for that product, you can do so through the customer support representative as well.

What shipping options do I have?

Most products come with three shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Your order will typically arrive within 2-4 business days after it is shipped.
  • 2nd Day Shipping: Your order will arrive 2 days after it is shipped.
  • Next Day Shipping: Your order will arrive the next business day after it is shipped.

Please note that some products are ineligible for Next Day Air delivery. These products do not have the Next Day Air delivery option available and must be shipped via the Standard Shipping method.

When will my order arrive?

Most products ship within 24 hours of the order being placed and will arrive 2-4 days later with standard shipping, 2 days with 2nd Day Shipping, or the next day with Next Day Shipping. Please note that Next Day Air orders must be placed before 12:00 noon EST to arrive the next calendar day.

How many packages will I receive?

The number of packages you receive will depend on the number of products and quantities you order. Tracking numbers will be available for each of your packages.

What is the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, you must register your account and obtain a login and password. Once you register your account, simply go to the My Account link at the top of the website. After you’ve logged in, expand the “Orders” menu below your profile information. This will list all of the orders you’ve placed along with the status of each.

How do I track my order once it has shipped?

  1. Select the My Account tab. Your orders will be displayed in the Orders menu.
  2. If your product has shipped, you will see a tracking number for the order you placed.
  3. Copy the shipping tracking number, go to UPS Tracking, and paste the tracking code into the UPS tracking tool to see the status of the shipment.
